The rate of fire for the 800mm Gustav and Dora was 30 to 45 minutes long. Each projectile weighed about 7 tonnes. A Varugr's 800mm Large Autocannon T2's rate of fire is just under three seconds with my setup and level 5 skills. That's firing 6-8 ...

I'd go for lokis from minmatar. Everywhere I go, I always hear webbin lokis are always in constant demand for fleets and wh corps. Plus they're t3, best duct tape and rust quality you can find anywhere.
